Many might see AI as just another tool, but today’s leaders know how to integrate it as a business solution.
For entrepreneurs, artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer simply a convenience, but a legitimate part of operations. Agentic solutions have allowed businesses to move faster, cut costs, and discover paths otherwise overlooked. For those willing to rebuild around AI, opportunity awaits.
Leveraging AI
Dr. Babar Ali launched his Pakistan-based nutrition company MNT Pvt. Ltd. with practically nothing, but with AI, he scaled to a 10 million PKR valuation in 18 months.
“Initially, AI helped me a lot,” Ali shared. “If AI was not in the market, it may take me five years to reach the level where I am now.”
“I don’t know how to do a code. But I tell to AI, I have to develop this thing, write a code for me. And that is the reason our website with only 60 articles gets 2.5 million traffic,” he continued.
At the same time, Ali leveraged an internal AI system to cut consultation time by more than 70%. “Previously our dietitians would take 30 minutes per patient,” he said. “Now they can handle a patient in six to seven minutes.”
Improving Inventory Checks
Through Dropshipping High Ticket, Ryan Garrido sells high-cost domestic products sourced and shipped entirely within the United States. When he deployed an AI agent to manage pricing and inventory, he transformed his business.
“Prior to using AI,” Garrido said, “I had to have staff manually check all inventory levels and pricing every week. Now there’s a robot that checks every Sunday, scrapes it against the manufacturer’s website, makes sure everything is up to date. It’s like $2,000 a month in clear savings.”
At the same time, Garrido learned where sales were coming from for tens of thousands of stock-keeping units (SKUs). “I was surprised to see that over 50% of my sales were coming from organic,” he shared.
“There’s one clear shining star for me,” he concluded, “and I kind of coined this term: automated growth.”
The Potential of AI
With more than 15 years of strategic marketing experience, Lars Nyman recognizes the potential of AI. At the same time, he recognizes the risks. “Most AI initiatives,” he asserted, “generated no measurable ROI. Around 90%.”
“The challenge,” he continued, “is getting from signal to action quickly, and proving value with hard metrics: leads, revenue, conversions.”
At NM Signals, Nyman audits business websites for AI discoverability, ensuring their content appears when models generate recommendations. “Our tool just checks,” he said. “Can this AI model actually make sense of that content and find it? Then it gives them a recipe for addressing it on their website.”
Systematizing Operations
Stephanie Maassen-Deason founded Propel + Flourish to help e-commerce brands systematize operations. With every new client, she teaches the same lesson about AI tools: they don’t fix messy processes; they accelerate them.
“It’s usually the case that clients have not defined exactly what a good output would be or what a bad output would be,” Stephanie Maassen-Deason explained. “More so than me implementing AI, it’s helping them work through what good looks like.”
“If you really have no defined process,” she continued, “[it] needs fixing before AI gets involved.”
For her own firm, Maassen-Deason maintains a 24/7 team of AI agents to produce and distribute content, reach out to leads, and nurture relationships. More importantly, they demonstrate the efficacy of her approach.
“At the end of the week, I get a report stating what they worked on and how much time they saved me,” Maassen-Deason concluded. “And with that time, I spend it more with my family.”
Utilizing Custom Operations
Kyle Davis is the AI automation and operations lead at MRCOOL. Lacking a typical team, he used AI agents to build a custom product information management system.
“If we had hired a traditional software developer to do this, minimum six figures,” Davis shared. “With AI coding tools and understanding what we needed it to do, our outlay, not including time, [was] less than $5,000.”
“We’re going to be using bespoke software built specifically for our needs, and other people are going to be using off-the-shelf,” he continued.
Davis claims that his AI-built solution is actively powering a bundling solution for 90,000 possible SKU combinations and a widget that connects DIY-hesitant buyers with local franchise installers.
“Rather than someone spending months building that by hand, we are doing it right now with AI,” Davis said.
Automation and Revelation
For business leadership, the automation process does more than save costs; it reveals possibilities. When organizations take these opportunities to compound successes, they build systems that could lead to long-term growth.
